GTV achieves the full standard of Investors In People
GTV is delighted to confirm that it now meets the Investors in People Standard in full.
Investors in People (IIP) carried out a series of assessment interviews with GTV staff before deciding that the Trust merited the full award.
The organisation's attitude to its people can best be summed up by the following quotes the assessor noted during his visit.
'I like the atmosphere here. People seem committed to the aims of the organisation.' 'It's exciting and full of fresh ideas. The organisation is moving forward and is not afraid to look at challenges'. 'You get out of Groundwork what you put in. There is a huge amount of flexibility and trust in people'. 'I love my job so much'
