Contract length One Year Fixed Term Contract 1st May 2010 – 30th April 2011

This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of HR support and administration, where you will gain a solid grounding within HR.   Ideally, you will have experience as an HR administrator and be keen to progress within the field.  You will have the responsibility to co-ordinate recruitment and monitor the performance management and training and development needs within the Trust.  You will have the responsibility for providing reports and HR analysis, as well as getting involved in specific HR related projects.  Previous analytical experience of working with data is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who has just completed a degree in HR. You will need to be a strong team player with excellent people skills, who has the ability to build relationships at all levels within an organisation.
