GTV's Key Performance Indicators 2008
Waste - Paper consumption and usage
Paper consumption and usage exceeded our 2008 target by 24%, i.e. 55 reams.
Waste – Volume of Mixed Recyclable waste collected
The volume of Mixed Recyclable waste has been increased by 60%.
CO2 emissions (i.e. use of resources through Utilities)
Gas consumption did not meet our 2008 target of a 10% reduction, however, a 4% reduction was achieved.
CO2 emissions & Waste (i.e. packaging)
This will be a new indicator for 2009. The aim will be to reduce incoming waste and associated CO2.

GTV's Environmental Office Targets
Target to reduce paper consumption by 5% i.e. 265 reams.
Target to successfully maintain the Mixed Recyclable and General Waste ratio at 73:27
Target to reduce gas consumption by 5% i.e. 3,300 kwh
Target to reduce electricity consumption by 5% i.e. 2,200 kwh
As a new KPI for 2009 no target will be set. Volumes will be assessed and reviewed in 2010.
