We offer a
range of inspirational educational programmes that actively support
the Every Child Matters agenda and enrich the learning
experience. Working with schools, our aim is to ensure that
young people are offered a varied and stimulating range of learning
opportunities that support their personal development and raise
awareness and attainment.
We deliver learning opportunities to over 14,000 young people every
year across our operating area. Our education team includes
qualified and experienced teachers who are constantly developing
and delivering new activities that complement the National
Curriculum and assist schools in achieving the Government’s
directive for sustainable schools.
Out of School activities -
Delivered from our three education centres; Iver Nature Study
Centre, the Colne Valley Park Centre and the West London Floating
Classroom. Each offers a range of opportunities for learning
outside the classroom which support the national curriculum.
In School activities – Our
education team works with your school to support the sustainable
schools programme, develop and instigate school travel plans and
facilitate school grounds improvements and run specialised
class-based activities.
Our Centres are the Iver Nature Study
Centre, the Colne Valley Park Centre and the West London Floating Classroom.
