Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive
Groundwork has carried out research investigating the national and local impact of the WEEE Directive, and showing that in Hillingdon, thousands of electrical products are being junked and sent to landfill each year. At the same time, hundreds of local community groups, charities and even schools are crying out for resources and could benefit from re-using unwanted electrical products such as PCs.
